What's the difference between ChatGPT and Claude?
ChatGPT and Claude are both AI assistants you chat with in plain English. ChatGPT is made by OpenAI and Claude is made by Anthropic. Both can help you write, plan, research and organise your work, from drafting emails to planning your week. I use and teach both, so you can start with whichever one you already have.
How do I start using AI as a complete beginner?
Start with one job you already do every week, not with the tool. Open ChatGPT or Claude, describe that job in plain words, and give it the context it needs. The free Build With AI course walks you through this step by step, and the free prompt guides give you prompts to copy.
